2023 Fees, Permit Revisions, and additional information for specific permits and licenses can be found at the bottom of this page.
If you are unsure if a permit is required, contact us at 651-766-4029 or permits@littlecanadamn.org. Work done without obtaining a permit first will result in enforcement action which could result in double permit fees.

Payments
We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards in office.
To pay by credit card through our website. Once your submitted permit/license has been approved we will email you the amount due along with a link to pay online. Once paid, your approved/paid document(s) will be emailed to you. Completing a credit card payment prior to issuance of the permit by the Building Official does not constitute approval.
