Your utility bill from the City of Little Canada includes charges for your water usage, sanitary sewer, the Minnesota water Testing fee, and a water service maintenance fee. Additional charges include trash, recycling, and (optional) yard waste service as well as possible street lighting assessments.
Bills are sent out four times per year at the end of each quarter (January-March; April-June; July-September; and October-December). Customers are given approximately 30 days to pay their bills before a late fee of 5% is added.
Note: The City of Little Canada does not disconnect water to properties for non-payment. Unpaid utilities are posted to a property's taxes on an annual basis.
