Snowshoe Rentals

Little Canada is excited to offer snowshoe rentals for you, your friends, and your family!

Snowshoes can be reserved by creating a log-in and submitting payment through our website. We have three sizes of snowshoes which include 21'', 25'', and 30''. See the size chart below to find the best fit for you.

Snowshoe rentals will be picked up from Little Canada City Hall Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

Cost: $2/Day for residents of Little Canada, $4/day for Non-Residents, $6/Weekend Rentals ($2 per day). Price includes tax.

Snowshoes must be rented at least one day in advance. By doing so we are able to get rentals cleaned and ready for pick up.

For Monday-Thursday rentals snowshoes must be returned by 10:00 AM the following day or there will be a late charge of $10. See more below.

Rentals made Friday are considered Weekend Rentals and must be returned Monday by 10:00 AM to avoid a late fee.

If your snowshoe rentals are not returned on time there will be a $10 charge per pair of snowshoes per day. If the snowshoes haven't been returned in 5 business days they will be considered missing and you will be held liable to pay the entire amount of the snowshoes ($90).

All snowshoes are expected to be returned in the same condition as when you picked them up. If the snowshoes are returned damaged there will be a replacement fee for the cost of the snowshoes.

Snowshoes are not meant to be worn on sidewalks or roads. Please only use snowshoes in the snow or the cleats can bend or break. We want to ensure that other community members can enjoy our snowshoes too!

Snowshoes may not be available on specific days for programs. Feel free to check out Little Canada's Facebook page for more information about snowshoe programs and events!

Please contact the Recreation Coordinator, Sierra Hietala via email or call 651-766-4042 with questions about snowshoe rentals.
